About application for coverage

If you would like to interview or photograph faculty, staff, students, or campus facilities, please contact the Public Public Relations Office General Affairs Office using the details below.

In principle, interviews and filming will be limited to those related to education and research at our university.
Depending on the content of the project, such as those related to profit, those with a strong variety show flavor, or those that may infringe on the portrait rights of others, we may refuse interviews or filming.

Interviewing and filming faculty, staff, students and campus facilities

Please fill out the necessary information on the "取材依頼書(WORD:15KB)(Contents only in Japanese)" and email it to Public Relations Office General Affairs Office.
Since it may take time to make arrangements, we ask that you apply at least five business days before the desired interview date. However, if you are in a hurry, please contact us by phone after sending your interview request.
If you have a project plan, please attach it.

  • Interviews and photography should be conducted within the scope that does not interfere with the university's education and research.
  • We cannot respond to requests for interviews involving the personal information of faculty, staff, students, or alumni.
  • Please refrain from interviewing a large number of students on campus.
