Based on the provisions of Article 9, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Promotion of Elimination of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities (Act No. 65 of 2013), which was enacted and issued in June 2013, and in accordance with the Basic Policy on Promotion of Elimination of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities (Cabinet Decision of February 24, 2015), we would like to inform you that we have established guidelines necessary for officers and employees of Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology (including part-time officers and employees) to respond appropriately.
