2024 Official Circle Leaders Seminar

1. Purpose
The purpose of this official circle leaders seminar is to provide captains, officials, managers, etc. of various circles with the basic knowledge necessary for circle activities, to improve their qualifications, and to make extracurricular activities safer and more active.
