Automated Certificate Issuance System

You can use your student ID and password with the automated certificate issuance system to obtain the following certificates: 1. Certificate of enrollment 2. Certificate of expectation of graduation/completion of course 3. Transcript 4. Student passenger fare discount certificate 5. Student Passenger Fare Discount Certificate (Student discount certificate)
Students can receive a student discount certificate to use when riding JR transportation to travel for academic purposes or return home. Students traveling more than a hundred kilometers one way using JR transportation services can receive a 20 percent discount on their fare. In addition, students who qualify for a JR round-trip discount may receive a 20 percent discount on their outbound and return fares (usually 10 percent).
Only the student who was issued a student discount certificate may use the certificate. If a student discount certificate is used improperly, TUAT may lose the right to issue certificates to students, resulting in other students being punished as well, so please use your student discount certificate appropriately.
Student ID
Your student card is an ID card. Student ID expiration dates are set at a student's minimum enrollment period. TUAT therefore asks students to return their student IDs immediately when this expiration date passes, or when they are no longer enrolled at TUAT, such as when they graduate or leave school for any reason.
For information regarding the renewal of your student ID, please contact the Student Support Section of your local Student Support Office, Student Affairs Section of the United Graduate School of Agricultural Science, Educational Affairs Section of the Graduate School of Bio-Applications and Systems Engineering (BASE), or the Office of Department of Industrial Technology and Innovation you are affiliated with.
Certificate for Purchasing a Commuter Pass
If you use trains to travel to and from school, you may purchase a commuter pass. You will need a certificate for the pass that notes the route from the station closest to the university to the station closest to your residence. Please apply for this certificate at the Student Support Section of your local Student Support Office, Student Affairs Section of the United Graduate School of Agricultural Science, or Educational Affairs Section of the Graduate School of Bio-Applications and Systems Engineering (BASE) you are affiliated with.
