Obey traffic rules and manners
Please be mindful of following traffic rules and manners on a daily basis to avoid becoming either the victim or the perpetrator of a traffic accident. Bicycles are considered "vehicles" under the Road Traffic Act, and if you cause an accident by not following the rules, you will be considered the perpetrator, and the bicycle driver will also be held responsible.
Please also be careful when walking around the university campus.

From April 1, 2026, a "traffic violation system" will be introduced for bicycle traffic violations, and according to the actual situation of the violation, it will be dealt with with guidance warnings, blue tickets, red tickets, etc.
