| Business Content | We are seeking a Research Promotion/Project Manager to support cutting-edge research. Our laboratory is working to solve social issues through cutting-edge research in the field of fluid mechanics. You will be responsible for the operation of the laboratory together with Faculty Member head, managing the progress of research projects, and supporting the research activities of Faculty Member and students by assisting with university administrative tasks handled by Faculty Member. <Main Job Responsibilities> Laboratory management, research activity support Research project management Communication, coordination, and negotiation with domestic and international universities, research institutions, companies, etc. Budget management and administrative procedures for research funds, etc., and administrative support for university operations. |

| Eligibility requirements(※) | <Requirements> Bachelor's degree or higher The ability to use IT tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams on a daily basis. The ability to communicate smoothly with Faculty Member, students, and stakeholders both inside and outside the university. <Preferred experience and skills> Someone who can handle basic everyday conversations and email correspondence in English. Experience in administrative or project management roles at universities, research institutions, companies, etc. Experience in research support, industry-academia collaboration, and university administration. Someone who is good at schedule management and coordination. |
