| Eligibility | Application Requirements ・Those who have graduated from a technical college or higher and meet the following conditions. Possessing knowledge, skills, and experience in the field of mechanical engineering. The knowledge and skills referred to here mean possessing knowledge and skills equivalent to those of a technical college graduate in the fields mentioned above. Experience refers to practical training experience in the above fields at educational institutions of secondary education or higher, or at companies. However, the following persons are not eligible to take the exam. i) Persons sentenced to imprisonment or a more severe punishment, who have not yet completed their sentence, or persons who are on probation, or other persons who have not yet been released from serving their sentence. ii) Persons who have been dismissed for disciplinary reasons or have been subjected to a similar disciplinary action, and two years have not yet passed since the date of such action. iii) Persons who do not possess a status of residence that does not restrict their activities within Japan |
