| Eligibility | - Must have a high school diploma or equivalent academic ability. - Ability to handle customer service and phone calls with an understanding of professional etiquette. - Possess a proactive attitude towards deepening their understanding of their assigned duties. - Ability to read and create simple English documents (with AI assistance) necessary for creating international money transfer data (in the format specified by financial institutions). Conversational English is not required. - Ability to perform basic operations on a personal computer (Windows OS). - Of the business applications (Microsoft Office), Word must be capable of basic document creation and mail merge from external data. Excel allows you to utilize functions to perform basic data processing, matching, and aggregation tasks as needed. A MOS certification is desirable but not required. - Ability to work approximately 1-2 hours of overtime per day during peak seasons. |
