■受賞概要
●テーマ： Development of pH-responsive anti-insulin antibodies for the application of continuous monitoring
●内 容： 抗体は、特定の標的分子のみに強く結合できるタンパク質です。しかし、強すぎる結合能ゆえに一度きりしか結合に使用できません。私たちは、抗体の表面を改変することで、pHに応じて結合したり解離したりできる抗体の獲得を試みています。このような抗体を用いて、将来的には、生体内の様々な分子を連続測定できるようなバイオセンサーの開発を目指しています。
