National University Corporation Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology will conduct the independent examination for administrative staff recruitment for fiscal year 2026 as follows.

Eligibility requirements
Those born on or after April 2, 1991 (Heisei 3)
*We are recruiting within the age range mentioned above, with the aim of fostering career development through long-term employment.
(Article 1-3, Paragraph 1, Item 3(a) of the Enforcement Regulations of the Employment Measures Act)
However, the following persons are not eligible to take the exam:
- Persons sentenced to imprisonment or a more severe punishment, who have not yet completed their sentence, or persons who are on probation, or other persons who have not yet been released from serving their sentence.
- Persons who have been dismissed for disciplinary reasons or have received a similar disciplinary action, and for whom two years have not yet passed since the date of that action.
- Persons who do not possess a residence status that allows them to engage in activities within Japan.
