Cancellation of 2020 Entrance Ceremony

For students planning to enter Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology this spring and their family members
Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology had planned to hold the 2020 entrance ceremony at Fuchu no Mori Art Theater on Tuesday, April 7, 2020. However, given the unexpected spread of Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), we have decided to cancel the ceremony. United Graduate School of Agricultural Science Entrance Ceremony scheduled to be held on Friday, April 10 will also be cancelled.
We believe that prospective students and their families must have been looking forward to this day as one of their important milestones in life, therefore it was an extremely difficult decision to make. We hope that you understand this decision was made after considering the health and safety issues involving the students and their family members as our top priority.
