The development of human resources for innovation creation cannot be achieved simply through collaborative activities between universities and industry, but its practice requires a high level of thinking, planning, and practical skills with a high level of expertise while reforming individual consciousness and taking into account its relevance to society.
In this project, a consortium of three universities and one institute, Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, International Christian University, Waseda University, and the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), will be implemented for doctoral students and postdoctoral fellows with advanced expertise in each institution to implement educational programs that reflect the social needs of industry and other industries, with the aim of fostering excellent human resources capable of technological innovation, industry creation, and social policy proposals. We offer long-term internships at companies, research institutes, etc., both in Japan and overseas.
●Step 1 Preliminary learning
1) Motivating students to study in doctoral programs to become internationally competent researchers
2) Preparation for promoting innovation among doctoral students
3) Guidelines for promoting innovation
● Step 2 Internship (2 or more consecutive months)
Clarify specific research topics through discussions with the internship company, and learn the elements necessary for innovation in the real world through practical training at the company.

● Step 3: Post-training
1) Receive feedback from external examiners at a presentation session (February or March)
2) Receive feedback from external examiners at a follow-up study session and advice on career development at a career seminar
