Information regarding the Year 2022 Entrance Ceremony of Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology United Graduate School of Agricultural Science

Important Notice

In order to prevent the further spread of COVID-19(coronavirus disease), the Entrance Ceremony will be held by reducing the number of visitors, shortening the time of the ceremony, and by limiting the participants to only new students.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but kindly ask students’ family members and friends to refrain from attending the ceremony in consideration to prioritize the health and safety of all people

In addition, please note the following:

  1. If any attending student feels ill with a fever(37.5℃ or above) or cold-like symptoms on the ceremony day, please refrain from attending the ceremony.
  2. Be sure to use the hand sanitizer prepared at the entrance of the ceremony venue before entering the building.
  3. We appreciate your cooperation in taking your body temperature at the entrance of the ceremony venue.
  4. Be sure to wear a mask.
  5. Please refrain from gathering to eat or drink with others after the ceremony.
  6. We ask for your understanding that the above information is subject to change depending onthe COVID-19 infection spread situation in the future. In that case, we will promptly inform you through the University website.

Access

JR Chuo line  Kokubunji Station South exit.
Take Keio bus (Fuchu Station via Meisei Gakuen, Tera No91) from bus terminal No. 2 of boarding area and get off at Harumicho bus stop. Approx. 10 minute bus ride.
Keio Line  Fuchu Station North exit
Take Keio bus (Kokubunji Station south exit via Meisei Gakuen, Tera No91) from bus terminal no. 3 of boarding area and get off at Harumicho bus stop. Approx. 7 minute bus ride.
JR Musashino line  Kita-Fuchu Station. Approx. 12 minutes on foot
