Information regarding the Graduation Ceremony of Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology on March 25, 2021.
Important Notice
In order to prevent the further spread of COVID-19(coronavirus disease), the Graduation Ceremony will be held by reducing the number of visitors, shortening the time of the ceremony , and limiting the participating students to only the representatives who receive the diploma.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but kindly ask students other than the representatives, students’ family members and friends to refrain from attending the ceremony. Please note that the above information is subject to change due to the situation of the COVID-19 spread in the future.
The ceremony will be live streamed online, and will be released on the University's YouTube channel at a later date. As streaming will be open to those concerned in the University, details will be announced through the office of each faculty, and graduate school. In addition, please note the following:
- If any attending student feels ill with a fever(37.5℃ or above) or cold-like symptoms on the ceremony day, please refrain from attending the ceremony.
- Be sure to wear a mask. You may take off your mask when you receive your diploma.
- We appreciate your cooperation in taking your body temperature at the entrance of the ceremony venue .Be sure to use the hand sanitizer prepared at the entrance of the ceremony venue before entering the building.
Please refrain from gathering to eat or drink with others after the ceremony.
