Contract period As soon as possible after the hiring decision is made (start date is negotiable) until March 31, 2026 (renewal possible until March 31, 2027 if the conditions described in "Up to Renewal Limit" below are met).
If the desired start date is April 1, 2026, the period will be from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027.

Renewal Limit The contract may be renewed up to March 31, 2027, taking into consideration the workload, work performance, attitude, ability, budget situation, and progress of the work at the time of expiration of the contract period.

Working hours, break times, and overtime work 8:30-17:15 (negotiable)
No overtime work
Break time 60 minutes
holiday Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, May 31st, and December 29th to January 3rd
vacation Paid holidays will be provided as required by law.
Basic wage Annual salary system monthly amount 360,000 yen or more (amount for new graduates who graduated from university. Depends on educational background and years of experience)
Various allowances Commuting allowance, housing allowance (all if the payment requirements set by the university are met)
bonus None (included in basic wage)
Insurance Workers' accident compensation insurance, employment insurance, health insurance, welfare pension insurance
Eligibility Must hold a bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree, or be expected to obtain one by the time of assuming the position.
Experience related to any of the following is preferred:
Chemical Engineering, Fuel Cells, Simulation with MATLAB and Simulink
