The Next Generation Researcher Development Program is aimed at doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers with a high level of expertise, and provides educational programs that reflect the social needs of industry and other sectors. It also provides long-term internships at companies and research institutes both in Japan and overseas, with the aim of cultivating excellent human resources who can innovate technology, create new industries, and propose social policies.

■ Recruitment target
Those who meet any of the following conditions:
・Students enrolled in the doctoral program (excluding the master's program) enrolled at the University as of April 1, 30, and researchers with a fixed term of 10 years or less after obtaining a doctoral degree
・ Those who can engage in internships at domestic and foreign companies ・ Research institutes for more than 2 consecutive months (However, it will be between April 1, Heisei 30 ~ January 31, Heisei 31 (strict adherence))

■Number of applicants: 8 (Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology)

■ Dispatch destination
Domestic and foreign companies, educational and research institutions, universities (excluding domestic universities in principle), Incorporated Administrative Agency, public institutions, non-profit organizations, international organizations, etc.
* As a general rule, the dispatch destination will negotiate with the host company by themselves.

■ Duration: 2 months or more

■Application period: February 16 (Friday) ~ September 28 (Friday)
* Selection will be conducted at any time, and if the capacity is reached within the application period, the application will be closed.

■ How to apply
(1) Download and prepare the application form
(2) Send the application form as a PDF as an e-mail attachment to the submission address listed in the application guidelines.
* The results will be notified individually by email.

■ Salary * There is no salary for one additional recruitment.
　・ monthly amount Up to 150,000 yen will be paid according to the number of hours worked. (Up to 4 hours a day, 5 days a week in principle, within 3 months.) ）
　・Those who receive scholarships from the University or other institutions are not eligible for salary payment.



■ Dispatch costs
① Travel expenses (airplane, train, etc.) will be reimbursed at actual cost.
②Accommodation expenses will be paid in accordance with our university’s travel expenses regulations.
However, those who are receiving scholarships from our university or other institutions will have their living expenses capped at 100,000 yen monthly amount.
③The total amount of ① and ② is 900,000 yen 700,000 yen is the upper limit.
