農学部編入学学生募集要項の請求方法

Please be sure to obtain the "Student Recruitment Guidelines" before proceeding with the application process.
You cannot print out the PDF and apply.
Until the latest application guidelines are announced, the previous year's guidelines will be distributed.

Please note that materials related to the transfer examination are only available in Japanese.

発送までに数日かかることがありますので、余裕を持って請求してください。

<請求方法>

1. ご請求の方は、返信用封筒（角形2 号）に190円（速達の場合は520円）の切手をはり付けてください。
   ※切手料金が足りない場合は請求者に請求されます。
2. Please write "Yu-Mail" and the recipient's postal code, address, and name on the front of the reply envelope, and your phone number and desired department on the back. Please note that when replying by "Yu-Mail", the envelope will be partially opened.
3. 請求用封筒に返信用封筒を入れ、表のあて名の横に「農学部編入学学生募集要項請求」と朱書きで明記してください。
