◎When applying, be sure to contact your desired Supervisor and get their approval. In addition, you will need to submit the necessary documents by a deadline, so be sure to obtain the student admission guidelines early and prepare your application well in advance.

How to claim
1. Please attach a reply stamp (see the PDF application guidelines for the amount) to the reply envelope (square size 2).
2. Please write the return address, postal code, address, and name on the front of the return envelope.
3. Please write the requested materials in red ink next to the addressee on the front of the request envelope. For details on how to write in red ink, please refer to the application guidelines published in PDF format.
4. Place a note (please refer to the PDF of the application guidelines for information on what to write) and a reply envelope in the request envelope and mail it to the request address listed below.
*If there are insufficient postage stamps, your request will not be accepted or the requested items will not be sent. Please be careful.

They are available at the following offices from 9:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) while campus classes are in session.
