Development of precise and comprehensive digital mRNA measurement technology from a single cell
Team A04 is developing a system for the isolation of a single cell from cellular populations and stimulating this cell. Furthermore, team A04 aims to establish a system for amplification of whole mRNA from one cell and monitoring the expression changes of mRNA on a single cellular level.
