Mission

Goal of the medical image analysis laboratory is the research, development and validation of image processing algorithms and computer-aided diagnosis systems that enable the objective and reproducible evaluation of anatomical and pathological structures in medical images.

Main research topics

Segmentation algorithms

  • Simultaneous segmentation of 12 organs in an upper abdominal non-contrast CT image.
