Self Introduction |
|
I consider myself a person who is quick to take action and has an inquiring mind.
I still remember my surprise when I first saw a TV when I was in elementary school. Since then, I have always dreamed about developing my own electronic products.
Hence when I was in the university, I studied physics and information engineering to learn about electronic products. In order to get closer to my dream, I came to Japan to study. I’d like to be involved in the advanced technologies of Japanese companies and realize my dream in the future. |

Research Topic |
|
Now I am researching on making processors ---the core of computers--- faster.
In out-of-order superscalar processors, register renaming is employed in order to eliminate false dependency.
However, register renaming is in fact an extremely costly operation. To overcome this problem I proposed a method to reduce register renaming, and conducted researches on the storing and reusing of the instructions used in register renaming.

Thoughts on having joined the program |
|
I find the program excellent because I could experience what is not in my field of research. Especially, my internship experience enabled me to understand Japanese companies and society more deeply, and prepared me as a member of the society. |

Advice to others who are considering joining this program |

You can take various certification exams in Japan. For example, there are many exams like the Business Japanese Language Test or the National Examination for Information Processing Technicians. I think it would be better for you to get as many certifications as possible before you start job hunting. |
