Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology develops various kind s of activities to promote collaboration between the government, industry and university in the most appropriate way to combine both Asian needs.　This program is one of them. The mission of the program is to promote academic collaboration among Asian universities. At the same time, it aims to foster capable human resources who will become future leaders in Asian countries by enhancing the intellectual attractiveness of Japan through collaboration between the academia and industry.
