Special Permission for Students From Thailand to Apply Through Emails
We originally disallow all applications through email. That is, applications must be made through registered mail (see "How To Apply" for details). However, due to the political tension in Thailand at present, we have decided to allow email applications from Thailand.

Thai applicants should refer to this website for details on the program. In particular, "Outline" and "How To Apply" (application method).

Note that this special for Thai applicants is not currently reflected in "How To Apply" or its PDF version, "Application Guide".
