Center for Innovation and Intellectual Property Overview
The Center was first established as the ““Super Industry-Government-Academia Headquarters (HQ)” in 2005, with the President as the director. Under the International Industry-Government-Academia Project in 2007, the organization has been further fortified to promote global industry-government-academia activities with the objective of creating innovation and new industries. The Center for Innovation and Intellectual Property is established to promote creation, protection and utilization of intellectual property in a more comprehensive and strategic manner.
