Lecture on Bicycle Safety for
International and Japanese Students
The International Center and Center for Environment and Safety together will hold a lecture on riding a bicycle safely in Japan for both international students and Japanese students. We encourage you to attend and ask for your cooperation.
■ Purpose of the Lecture:
・To raise awareness of proper bicycle safety for foreign students who may not have high knowledge of Japanese traffic rules and are more susceptible to accidents.
・For TUAT students to learn about bicycle safety in order to prevent them from becoming involved in traffic accidents.
■ Target:
For all international and Japanese students at TUAT.

・Koganei Campus: Officer from Koganei Police Precinct
・Fuchu Campus: Officer from Fuchu Police Precinct
■ Contents:
・Traffic rules and manners in Japan
・What to do in the case of an accident
・Places where you should be careful in Koganei, Fuchu, etc.
