| University Veterinary Clinic offers the opportunity for clinical stydy and education to the faculty and students of the department of veterinary medicine, the faculty of agriculture. Diagnosis and treatment are available to outpatients and animals belonging to the university. The facility is designed mainly for diagnosis and treatment of small animals but also provided with some equipments for medium-sized and large animals. In the clinic there are internal medicine department, surgery department and reproduction department where not only its fulltime professors but also professors of the divisions of veterinary internal madicine, veterinary surgery and veterinary reproduction respectively do their work. Besides giving diagnosis and treatment, the clinic is of great use for veterinary education especially as a place for clinical instruction. In addition to that, equipped with high performance machines for diagnosis and basic studies and blessed with a perfect environment for advanced research, the clinic makes a contribution to the researches by students of the department of veterinary medicine of Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology and students of the united graduate school of veterinary medicine of University of Gifu. |
