Instrumentation Analysis Center

With the diversification and advancement in education and researches at the university, the instrumentation analysis center was instituted in 1991 in order to promote good use of large-sized facilities for common use, such as the instruments for analysis or measurement, by assembling them in one place. The convenience which the center offers to visitors, besides the instrument room, is rooms for common use for material preparation, conferences and the like. The instruments equipped in the instrument room are : a nuclear magnetic resonator, ion implantation apparatus, an analyzer of composite-type surfaces, an electron microscope, a four-circle diffract meter, a mass spectrometer a resonator of electron spin, a multiple purpose image processor, etc. An all-around instrument reservation system using a computer network is also being developed.
